Cancellation Policy
The Hair Shed by Felisha retains the right to cancel any appointment that is 15+ minutes past the scheduled appointment time. Any appointment that is canceled within a 24hr notice will be charged 20% of the service scheduled. If you fail to cancel your appointment and you no-show, your card will be charged 50% of the service scheduled. You may cancel your service via phone, or online. Thank you!
